Paris Hilton in Israeli Commercial Shoot in New York!

After seeing some tweets from Paris Hilton saying she is on a photo shoot in New York for a commercial and that it was freezing, we thought we would take a closer look and see what on earth was going on? Apparently she’s been involved in a shoot for the Israeli Lottery and we have a couple of shots of her on and off set. Further info from the paps below.
